It is a normal part of life for any individual to feel anxious however when we develop it more often this causes a problem for us in our daily life’s it can become a anxiety disorder. Anxiety is a feeling of worry, fear, nervousness. This can lead are body’s to experience the fight, flight or freeze response of our sympathetic nervous system. There is a difference between fear and anxiety. When we have anxiety its an emotional response that hasn’t occurred, there is a build up in are bodies, tension. Are mind is looking for scenarios that could happen. Fear is an emotion caused by danger, pain or harm.
Anxiety disorders can affect anyone both men and women also they can develop in children. There are many different types of this they include

I have suffer myself with anxiety, this was panic disorder, which means unexpected panic attacks which may involve physical symptoms such as sweating, heart palpitations, short of breath, raised heart rate, nausea or trembling.
